Clinical Staff
Crystal Dalebroux D’Orazio, LMFT CSAC is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a clinical substance abuse counselor. She is also on the Anu Treatment Foster Parent Board. One of her passions is helping couples resolve conflict and improve communication at all stages of the relationship. She uses a systemic approach to teach and provide insight into destructive patterns within the relationship. She helps clients understand “why” they continue the cycles of their behavior, and helps produce change that is desired. She also works with blended families to ensure success in the transitions of divorce, separation and remarriage. In addition, Crystal has a history of facilitating parent educational groups, support groups as well as dual diagnosis groups for adults that suffer with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. She has worked extensively with the foster care system and knows a great deal about children’s issues including attachment, mental health and trauma. Crystal is certified in the Danger Assessment Training and is able to provide Domestic Violence danger scoring. She has studied at the renowned Hazelden Center for Youth and Family in Plymouth, MN and has a Master’s degree from Edgewood College.
Kimberly Feist, MS PC is a Master’s Level Clinician with over 6 years of experience working with adults coping with a wide range of issues including: depression, anxiety, anger and stress management, and disability management related to the work place. She is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Rehabilitation Psychology Program, where she specialized in adults with severe and persistent illness. Her therapy incorporates aspects of interpersonal, motivational, and mindfulness-based therapies. Kimberly believes that through counseling, her clients will increase their inner resilience (ability to “bounce-back” or overcome life’s struggles). She is passionate about the psychological aspects of health and disability impact on one’s job or school performance. Kimberly assists clients in developing strategies, tools and techniques to reduce barriers and limitations at work and at home. Additionally, Kimberly consults with the Wisconsin Department of Vocational Rehabilitation in developing jobs for people with disabilities.
Sarah Maleck, MS PC, MS MFT is a recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Sarah enjoys working with couples and families and helping them find ways to increase their communication and conflict-resolutions skills. She works with clients to identify their strengths and help them to use these positive aspects to find solutions to their problems. Sarah helps couples not only to identify patterns that occur in relationships, but also why these patterns can become problematic. By doing this, couples are better able to learn strategies that they can use in the future to continue to work on improving their relationships.
Tom Kaufman, MS PC is a Master’s-level clinician with over 14 years experience working with families, couples, adults, and adolescents. Using cognitive-behavioral theory with narrative techniques, Tom helps clients explore areas within their lives that present challenges and inhibit change, and assists them with finding solutions that will work for them. Tom has extensive experience working with adolescents and their families, as well as working with individuals who have experienced trauma within their lives. Tom has experience facilitating therapeutic and psychoeducational groups, as well as facilitating support groups. Tom has worked with adolescents within foster care, assisting them with integration and helping families learn how to be supportive in the face of issues dealing with attachment, depression, or acting-out behaviors.
Lisa Salazar, MS PC, MS MFT is a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Master’s of Science degree in counseling. While in graduate school, she is studied individual, couple and family therapy. Lisa is a bilingual (Spanish-English) therapist who uses a systemic approach to provide opportunities for exploration and insight into negative thought or behavioral patterns. She works with children, adolescents, and adults providing counseling for a variety of issues, but not limited to, depression, family conflict, communication, anxiety, and parenting. Lisa’s approach to counseling focuses on the integration of mind and body through Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques, utilizes humor, and a positive solution focused approach.
Angela R. Myhre, MS LMFT is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Prepare—Enrich Counselor. As a Prepare—Enrich Counselor, Angela provides pre-marital and marital assessments and subsequent couples counseling for engaged and/or married couples of all ages. Angela has experience providing intensive in-home family therapy for severely emotionally disturbed youth and their families, utilizing a collaborative, systems-based approach. Angela has also worked with the elderly, providing in-home mental health services. Prior to working as an in-home treatment provider, Angela was in private practice where she treated individuals, couples, families and groups. While in private practice, Angela gained extensive experience conducting sex offender risk assessments for agencies working with or supervising correctional clients. She has facilitated numerous treatment groups for adolescent and adult male sex offenders, and has provided individual and group aftercare services. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice Certification from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She graduated from Edgewood College with her Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy.
Bradley D’Orazio, MS LMFT is a bilingual (Spanish-English), systems-based psychotherapist. He enjoys working with individuals and couples to change communication patterns that aid in conflict resolution. Bradley is a high school baseball coach and uses his team building approach in therapy to help couples and families succeed. Bradley is also an AAMFT approved supervisor and runs supervision groups for therapists. He has a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College.

Anne Rubin is completing her Master’s degree in Community Counseling at Lakeland College. She will be interning under the supervision of Crystal Dalebroux D’Orazio. Anne enjoys working with adolescents and adults on issues related to depression, anxiety and various developmental stressors. It is her goal to help the client explore and begin to accept their strengths, while simultaneously, encouraging them to begin to take ownership of their struggles in order to broaden their motivation for change. Anne likes to use visualizations and breathing techniques as a way to relax and center the client.

Ashley Tillery is a graduate student in the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Capella University and is interning under the supervision of Crystal Dalebroux D’Orazio. Ashley works from a systems perspective to address the challenges in our lives. She is open to working with all issues, individuals, couples and families. Ashley is interested in a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as solution-focused, experiential, and equine-assisted to name a few. Ashley is trained as a divorce and family mediator and interested in cooperative conflict resolution. She is also working on becoming a certified social worker.
Holly Best is a social work graduate student at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is interested in working with clients who have experienced trauma and who are trying to overcome alcohol and drug abuse. Holly has experience as a long term care manager through Green County Human Services and also has experience as a vocational counselor. Holly will begin her internship in the fall of 2013 under supervision of Crystal D’Orazio.
Jeanne Kolker is a counseling graduate student at Lakeland College in Madison. She has over 15 year of experience working as a journalist and is making her transition into the community counseling field. She is interested in a holistic health approach that incorporates mindfulness and meditation. Jeanne will begin her internship in late May under supervision of Crystal D’Orazio.
Michelle Saucerman is a third-year graduate counseling student at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She is interested in working with clients who battle alcohol and drug addictions and family of origin issues. Michelle has a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and German. She will be starting her nine-month internship in September of 2013 and will be supervised by Crystal D’Orazio.
Nina C. Sebastian is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over three years of hands on nursing experience and over ten years of experience establishing trusting therapeutic relationships with patient and families with a variety of mental health conditions of all levels of severity. She is possesses dual board certification in Pediatric primary Care and Pediatric Mental Health with the ability to see adult patients within the mental health scope of practice. Nina graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee with a masters of science degree in nursing and has a bachelor of science degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Intake psychiatric evaluations with Nina last one hour and follow up sessions typically last 15 minutes.
Support Staff
Laura McGinnis is an undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin – Madison who is studying human development and family studies. She wants to work with clients who struggle with alcohol and drug addictions and will be completing an internship summer of 2013 under the supervision of Crystal D’Orazio. Laura has counseling experience working with children at Hoofbeat Ridge Day Camp.
Robin Schnitzler Nathan is pursuing her masters degree in marriage and family therapy with the long term goal of becoming a licensed therapist. She is interested in mindfulness and working with both children and adults. Robin will begina her internship in 2014 under supervision of Crystal D’Orazio.
