Treatment Specialties: Caroline works from a systemic perspective and gravitates towards Solution-Focused Therapy as well as Emotionally-Focused and Cognitive approaches. Her hope is to create a collaborative and safe therapeutic environment in which her clients feel supported. She works with a wide variety of presenting issues, including relational issues, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, trauma, and grief and loss.
Training and Experience: Caroline has her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science from Indiana University-Bloomington.
Techniques: Caroline works with normalization, validation, developing problem-solving skills, and forming coping strategies. She works from a client-centered perspective and uses Solution-Focused Therapy and Emotionally-Focused Therapy.
Availability: Caroline is available for appointments Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursday mornings.
