Techniques: Emilie uses utilizes techniques from solution focused, client centered, narrative and collaborative therapy to serve clients with diverse needs.
Training and Experience: Emilie has a bachelor’s degree in Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and spent a year teaching in the Madison Metropolitan School District. She is currently enrolled at Edgewood College and is completing her final year of her master’s program in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is working at Marriage and Family Solutions as a clinical intern until she graduates with her master’s degree in May of 2018.
Treatment specialties: Emilie has a lot of experience in working with young children, adolescents and individuals with disabilities. She enjoys working with clients to discuss effective communication skills, co-parenting skills, and also fostering self-esteem.
