Training and Experience: Rachel majored in Mass Communications with an emphasis in News Broadcast and a minor in Sociology from St. Cloud State University, MN. With a back ground in Public Relations and Recruitment she found a passion for helping people find their best versions of themselves, which guided her into her Graduate work at Edgewood College in Marriage and Family Therapy, where she will be graduating with a Master’s Degree in December of 2018.

Techniques: Rachel works with clients from a combination of Solution-Focused, client-centered /narrative and Bowenian therapy, via a systems based approach.
Treatment specialties: She enjoys working with all types of people, from all ages and demographics, with a wide range of presenting issues. Her hope is to create a collaborative and safe therapeutic environment in which her clients feel supported and validated, while building self-esteem & coping methods.
