Treatment Specialties: Brooke believes in the importance of taking care of our mental health, just as we are taught to take care of our physical health. Brooke creates a warm, safe place for clients to be vulnerable in order to create change, establish needs, goals and the best interventions to help facilitate change and growth. Brooke believes in the importance of physical health as well and enjoys being active. She enjoys hiking, weightlifting, and other outdoor activities. Brooke welcomes clients of all demographics and is LGBTQ+ friendly.
Training and Experience: Brooke holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Human Services. Brooke earned her master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.
Techniques: Brooke uses a variety of treatment approaches including CBT, DBT, and person centered therapy to assist her clients.
