Treatment Specialties: I am a compassionate and empathetic therapist who believes in the power of building strong, trusting relationships with my clients. I know that building a therapeutic relationship is fundamental to helping clients and families achieve their goals. My focus is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel understood and supported throughout our time together.

Whether you're struggling with addiction or mental health, navigating relationship challenges, or simply seeking guidance, I am here to help you find balance, understanding, and develop the tools to build a brighter future.

Training and Experience: I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Welfare, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My background consists of working in community-based treatment programs that serve individuals and families with concerns regarding anxiety, depression, and other severe and persistent mental illnesses. I have gained much experience with supporting clients and families through addiction and other concerns associated with substance use. Additionally, I am interested in continuing to support clients experiencing marital or other relational hardships.

Techniques: My treatment approach consists of client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused modalities that allows for meeting clients where they are at, incorporating CBT, ACT, and DBT-based skills along the way. I utilize relapse prevention and harm reduction practices to support those suffering from addiction. I also utilize the Gottman Method and other evidence-based therapy approaches when working with marriages and other partnerships.
