Linda enjoys working with those dealing with the transitions of life: birth, marriage, death, grief and careers. Change is an inevitable part of life, but doing so gracefully isn’t a given; Linda hopes to lend her learning and experience to those having difficulty navigating those changes, creating a safe space to allow her clients to process, heal, and grow.

Training and Experience: Linda has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College. She has level 1 certification using the Gottman method working with couples, approved EMDR Basic training provider, and has a strong commitment to life-long learning.

Techniques: Linda uses an eclectic approach to treatment, recognizing that not every modality suits every situation; you are unique, your therapy experience should be too! She employs a variety of therapeutic approaches including Emotionally-Focused therapy, Narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Solution-Focused therapy to assist her clients.
