Training and Experience: Rachel majored in Mass Communications with an emphasis in News Broadcast and a minor in Sociology from St. Cloud State University, MN. With a background in Public Relations and Recruitment, she found a passion for helping people find their best versions of themselves, which guided her into her Graduate work at Edgewood College in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Techniques: Rachel works with clients from a combination of Solution-Focused, client-centered /narrative and Bowenian therapy, via a systems-based approach.
