Treatment Specialties: Sarah is a certified PREPARE/ENRICH marriage facilitator and enjoys working with couples and families to help them find ways to increase their communication and conflict/resolution skills. Sarah helps couples to not only identify patterns that occur in relationships, but also why these patterns can become problematic and what strengths individuals possess to overcome these. By doing this, couples are better able to learn strategies that they can use in the future to continue to work on improving their relationships. In addition to working with couples, Sarah also works with individuals with a wide range of presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and eating disorders.
