Treatment Specialties: I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences. I have a particular interest in women’s issues, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions, including the challenges and joys of motherhood. I also enjoy supporting neurodivergent children and their families. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and empowerment, with the belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted. I strive to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self, explore difficult experiences without judgment, and feel supported in making changes that align with your needs and values.

Training and Experience:  I am certified in PREPARE/ENRICH and have completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of relationships, personal growth, and the many transitions that shape our lives. I recognize that everyone brings unique experiences, strengths, and challenges into therapy, and I value meeting each person with openness and understanding. Whether you are working through relationship difficulties, building self-esteem, managing anxiety, or adjusting to the demands of motherhood, my goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where you feel validated, understood, and empowered to discover new perspectives and possibilities for growth. I am also an LGBTQ+ ally and strive to create an inclusive, affirming space where people feel welcome to be themselves.

Techniques:  I draw from Narrative Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and ideas from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet the unique needs of my clients. My approach emphasizes understanding how our experiences, relationships, and societal expectations shape the way we see ourselves and navigate the world. I believe that the stories we tell ourselves and the different parts of ourselves that emerge in challenging moments can offer valuable insight into our emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Together, we can explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, identify strengths, and develop new ways of understanding your experiences. I believe therapy should be a space where no topic is off-limits and even the most difficult experiences can be explored with care. My goal is to help you build self-trust, strengthen connections, and feel more confident in navigating your life and relationships in ways that feel authentic and meaningful to you.
