Treatment Specialties: Wolly has worked with a variety of clients in the Dane County area. Whether he’s working within the disabled community, the houseless population, or with someone experiencing anxiety, Wolly’s warmth and curiosity are always present. A staunch comrade of the LGBTQ+ community as well as all oppressed groups, his therapeutic practice pairs a critical lens with a compassionate spirit.
Training and Experience: Wolly earned a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications with a minor in Political Science at Edgewood College in Madison, WI. Wolly spent several years working with the college’s Cutting Edge Program, during which time he enrolled in the college’s Marriage & Family Therapy Master’s Program. His internships included The Family Center & Briarpatch Youth Services.
Techniques: Wolly approaches this work from a systemic, experiential/contextual perspective. He’s collaborative & playful, operating from a “not-knowing” stance. Additionally, he’s trained in Stephen Porges’ Safe & Sound Protocol.
